Shipping Information
Every Enchanted Chocolate order is hand-packed in New Jersey with care. Here's everything you need to know about rates, transit times, warm weather shipping, and picking up at one of our shops.
General Shipping Information
Every order is made and hand-packed in our kitchen, so please allow time for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Most orders, including Expedited and Overnight, have a standard processing time of 2-3 business days but can take up to 5 business days to ship during our peak seasons.
Transit times begin after your package leaves our kitchen. Transit times are in addition to processing time, so please plan for both when ordering for a gift or special occasion.
Custom items (favors, personalized pieces, etc.) require 10 business days for production, so please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping.
Enchanted Chocolate is not responsible for incorrect addresses or returned packages, so please double check your order before submitting. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or redirects.

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please call 908-852-5151 to confirm if Saturday delivery is available in your area.
Transit days shown are in addition to our 2-3 business day processing time.

Shipping Promotion Details
Shipping offers valid online only at EnchantedChocolate.com. Must spend a minimum of $150 per address after any discounts or promo codes have been applied to receive free standard ground shipping. Free standard ground shipping is limited to orders weighing 10 lbs. or less per address; orders over 10 lbs. ship at our regular $14.95 standard ground rate. No minimum purchase required to receive $14.95 flat-rate standard ground shipping per address. No minimum purchase required to receive $19.95 Expedited shipping or $55 Overnight shipping.
Saturday is not a standard delivery day for upgraded shipments. Warm weather packaging charges are separate. Shipping offers subject to change at any time.
Warm Weather Shipping
As temperatures fluctuate, we may hold your order if the state you're shipping to is experiencing temperatures above 70°.
During peak summer months, orders are only shipped out Monday through Thursday. Standard Ground and Expedited orders placed after 11 AM EST on Wednesday and Overnight orders placed after 11 AM EST on Thursday may not ship until the following Monday.
All orders will be packed in an insulated bag with ice packs and require Expedited or Overnight shipping to prevent melting. Saturday is not a standard delivery day for upgraded shipments.
To add warm weather packaging, add it to your cart and choose the option that matches your order total:
- Orders up to $199.99: $10.95
- Orders $200.00 - $399.99: $20.00
- Orders $400.00 - $499.99: $30.00
- Orders $500.00 and up: please contact us

Special Shipping
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using USPS, however, please allow for additional time in transit.
Enchanted Chocolate is only able to ship to addresses in the United States. Special shipping rates may apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Please contact us for more information.
We ship to military addresses (APO/FPO). Due to increased time in transit, we cannot guarantee against melting or that packages will arrive by a specific date.

Skip the shipping fees! Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at either of our shops. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
