Shipping policy

We try to process and ship packages as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to make executive decisions in regards to shipping date in order to ensure you are receiving the best product possible. Factors that contribute to different shipping dates include: weather, product availability, holidays, and other factors that are out of our control. 

Unfortunately, we will not guarantee a specific delivery date - once the package leaves our facility, it is in UPS's control and we do not have control over it. 

Orders do not ship out on weekends. Shipping options only reflect the time the package will take to get there once it has been taken from our facility. Processing and handling times are in addition to shipping time.
